From Seattle to Albany: The Beginning

The Point of All This

Seattle, WA to Albany, NY is 2,910 miles. That is 46 hours of straight driving at highway speeds. We (Sarah and Andrew) have set out to make this trip in 5 days. Although this journey has been made many times before, it has never been done by us.
Our Plan:
to document our adventure with photos and stories so you can experience this trip with us as if you were sitting in the passenger's seat of our moving truck.

What is the point of all this?

Albany Medical College of course! Sarah has been accepted to the school and classes are going to start in no time. Hopefully you can learn a little bit about the great expanses of the US highways before our trip is done. What will we write about once we've arrived? Albany from the perspective of a new arrival. You can see what Albany is like to the uninitiated and green! We are excited to see what's in store, and hope you enjoy our blog!

  2. What a drive! Found your blog at Bacon Time. I started my blog 3rd year of med school & am a 2nd year resident in Ophtho now. Just relocated to Nashville & moved my blog to wordpress but haven't had time to fix all the broken links, much less write a blog post recently! Hoping to make some time in the coming months. Good luck with school! xo caroline www.cwfrosting.co
